September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. This is the month that has been set aside to bring awareness to the issue. Cancer effects children in every part of the country and has no regard to race, religion, demographics, or geography. These cities are joining us to raise awareness and take steps to inform their citizens and one day end this disease.
For 2017, Gavin’s Galaxy has set a goal of getting 100 cities to sign a proclamation and present it during a city council meeting or other event in August or September. As we get cities added we will add them to our website. Please contact us if you know of a city that would be interested in participating for 2017.
Below is the list of cities that have committed to the proclamations: (This list may not be inclusive, as this is an ongoing effort.)
